1. Introduction
Art Empowers – Refund, Exchange & Attendance Policy At Art Empowers, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
2. Pop-Up Classes Policy
No Refunds:
All bookings for pop-up classes are non-refundable.
Exchanges Only:
Participants may request to exchange their booking only if they inform us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled class.
Exchange Options:
- Reschedule to the same class at a later date, or
- Choose a different class of the same value, or
- Upgrade to a higher-priced class by paying the difference.
Late Notice / No-Show:
If you inform us less than 24 hours in advance or fail to attend, the session will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged.
3. Monthly Classes Policy
All monthly class packages must be used within the following validity periods:
- 1 Session Package: Valid for 2 weeks from the date of the first session.
- 2 Sessions Package: Valid for 3 weeks from the date of the first session.
- 4 Sessions Package: Valid for 5 weeks from the date of the first session.
Expiration:
Any unused sessions after the validity period will expire and cannot be refunded or carried forward.
4. Attendance & Rescheduling
- Participants are expected to attend sessions on time.
- If you need to reschedule a session, the 24-hour notice rule applies.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
5. General Terms
- All bookings are considered confirmed upon payment.
- Policies apply to all participants without exception.
- Art Empowers reserves the right to make adjustments to the schedule when necessary.
